This fantastic limited production Les Paul Studio features: a Swamp Ash body consisting of a single piece hand carved top, a mahogany neck, a light Satin finish, Seymour Duncan Pearly Gates humbuckers, traditional Les Paul Standard electronic configuration, chrome hardware, all Gibson warranty owner's manuals and warranty information, and an original Gibson hard case. This is the only production Gibson Les Paul model, to have been made with a Swamp Ash body. Swamp Ash has been highly regarded by guitar enthusiasts as one of the more resonant musical woods, and 50 years after first making the Les Paul, Gibson decided to manufacture the Swamp Ash Les Paul Studio. This guitar only weighs 7 pounds and 15 ounces! The lightly applied Satin finish makes it extremely comfortably to play, in addition to, enhancing the resonance of the guitar. This guitar is used, and it is not in new condition. It does exhibit heavy shop wear from loving use in our store, including: belt buckle wear on the back of the body, a little wear on the top, and very minimal fret wear. This guitar plays amazingly well, and the action is as low as it gets! The Seymours sound awesome, and are slightly louder and more beefy than your typical Gibson 498T.

This guitar comes with the original warranty, which has not been filled out, all of the extra paperwork, and the original Gibson hard case.
