70′s 80′s C.F. Martin & Co. Acoustic guitar broken Picture(s) and Description:

Up for auction is a vintage C.F. Martin & Co. acoustic guitar. After moving into our current house we discovered this beautiful guitar in the garage - however it looks like someone smashed it a bit (as you can tell by the picture). After doing some research, it appears to be a model from the 70's or early 80's. It is a D-35 (367129) model made in Nazareth, PA, USA. The head, neck, tuning keys, fingerboard and back body all appear to be in great condition. The pick guard and bridge also appear to be in good shape. I have and can take additional photos to anyone interested. I'm sure someone can use it for parts - it would be a shame to just trash a classic - even if it is a bit smashed in the front.
