Anybody who plays through ampeg knows what this amp is all about. I love this amp and still to this day is one of my favorites. This has been in my rig case ever since I bought it in 2008 and doesn't have a scratch on it. i'm reducing the size of my rig hence why I am selling it. New these are $2000, but this is just as good being used. This Ampeg SVT-VR is a vintage reissue of an early 1970s "Blue-Line" SVT head. The preamp stage, power section, and even rocker switches emulate the exact signal path, tone, and vibe of the original rock 'n' roll workhorse. Authentic from its input jack all the way to its six 6550 output tubes, the SVT-VR is a must-have for rockers seeking that in-your-face Ampeg bass tone. If any questions, please feel free to ask! Being that it is a heavy amp, the shipping is a little bit more, but it is packaged in an ampeg box with soft foam. Comes with the manual, and a power cord.
