.99 and No Reserve - You set the price This here is an awesome Fender Japan '62 Stratocaster RI in the coolest custom color - Sherwood Green! It's very hard to capture the true color of metallics, so I took as many pictures as I could to show it. I think pic 3 and pic 7 are probably the best for color. This sweet little number weighs in at a remarkably feathery 3 1/2 pounds of alder, a VERY nice weight for a Strat. When assembled it is light, zingy, and extremely resonant. Remarkable sustain for a Strat, especially with a good steel trem block. It gave my LP a run for it's money. There's a good reason the Japanese Fenders have become such hot property - they're as good as anything to come out of the U.S. factory for decades. It has two chips of note, one right at the forearm countour the size of a pea, one right by the tone control the size of a pinky nail. Not bad for a 15 year old guitar.
